The units do not have interior access to eachother. Further conversion to a home would require enclosing the exterior stairwell. The garage does not offer direct access to either unit. View from both units are outstanding and lots in the location have docks which accommodate larger boats. Truly a fantastic harbor location. A garage on Via Lido could pose some difficulty with backing in and out onto a more busy street. There is no rooftop deck.

In the upper unit:The kitchenette has been converted to the master bathroom and the bayfront living room is being used as a bedroom. At the rear of the upper unit there is a workout room and balcony overlooking the street.
